WHICH FORM OF COACHING SUITS YOU?
Different forms of coaching can provide various benefits to different people.
Consider the following factors when selecting which form of coaching is most suitable for you.
What would you like to learn? What would you like to improve upon? Select one of our courses that caters to your needs, or contact us for a custom course.
Would a one-on-one session benefit you? Or would group coaching be more suitable? If you have specific needs, we would recommend one-on-one sessions where more personalised feedback will be provided. If you're a corporation or organisation that could benefit from our services, you may be better suited to our group coaching.
How much time are you able to commit towards your improvement? Selecting a suitable course or service that results in quality improvement while working to your time frame is what we aim to deliver.
Over what duration would you like your coaching to go over? Options begin from intensive one-day courses, to one hour weekly sessions over the course of a few months.
We offer coaching both face-to-face and online. We strongly recommend face-to-face coaching for paramount benefits. However, online coaching can also be a great choice given your lifestyle and time commitments.
